BuilditListit is currently in MVP launch mode. Support is focused on helping sellers publish listings safely and helping users report issues.

For sellers

If you need help creating, editing, reviewing, or publishing a listing, please include your account email and listing title when contacting us.

For buyers and visitors

If you notice an inaccurate, suspicious, or unclear listing, please send us the listing URL and a short description of the issue.

Security and abuse

If you believe the platform is being misused, or you have found a security concern, please contact us promptly and include the relevant details.

Response times

During MVP launch, support is handled manually. We will aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.
