These terms explain the basic rules for using BuilditListit during the MVP launch period.

Marketplace role

BuilditListit provides a platform for publishing and discovering property, land, development and self-build related listings. We are not a party to transactions between buyers, sellers, agents, landowners, or other users unless expressly stated.

Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We may review, moderate, edit, return to draft, suspend, or remove listings where necessary.

User conduct

Users must not misuse the service, submit unlawful content, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the platform aggressively, or use the service in a way that harms other users.

Availability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. During MVP development, features may change, improve, or be temporarily unavailable.

No professional advice

Information on the platform is for general marketplace use only and should not be treated as legal, financial, planning, surveying, tax, or investment advice.
